Backorder Policy:
Occasionally there are items that are temporarily out of stock. You may place an order for backordered items via the internet or the CustomerServiceCenter; however, these items will not be shipped until they are in-stock. Backordered items will ship within 24 hours of being received into inventory. If an order is placed that has one or more items that are in-stock in combination with backordered items, all items will be held until the backordered items are available to ship. Shipping Methods:
The company ships via UPS for all shipments within the continental United States. You may select a shipping method of either UPS 3 day select, UPS 2 day air, UPS Next Day Air. We do not offer weekend delivery; for example if an order were placed on a Friday for Next Day delivery, it wouldn’t be delivered until Monday. Shipments shipped to Alaska and Hawaii must ship UPS 2 day or UPS Next Day because UPS 3 day select is a ground service. Shipments shipped outside the United States are shipped via FedEx International; the only exception are orders shipped to Canada which may be shipped Canada Post (however, this service is quite slow).
Return Policy:
Damaged products must be reported within 10 days of receipt or no replacement will be sent or credit issued. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. No outdated or used products will be accepted as a return. Please note that we only accept returns for product purchased through our company. There is a 15% re-stocking fee for all returns. All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Call (888) 285-6320 to receive an RMA number and ask any questions about returning product. We do not pay for return shipping charges unless our company is responsible for the mistake. All returns will receive an 85% refund of the cost of the merchandise returned issued directly to the same credit or debit card originally ordered with. When we receive the returned merchandise with an RMA we will process the return within 48 hours. Depending upon your bank and billing cycles, your credit will be posted within 1-2 billing cycles. |
